Hair Additions make every effort to maintain clear descriptions and endeavour to use such "up to date" images that are representative and truly reflect the item to be purchased. Hair Additions cannot be held responsible for [a] any perception you may have in product representation and [b] the manufacturer's obligation of a right to change product specification including colour or design at any time and without notice. It is also important to note that some coloours may vary slightly from what you see on screen to the product ultimately received, depending on your monitor screen resolution and colour/display settings. We are aware that our site looks different on different PC's using different browsers and having different colour and screen resolution settings.
Prior to shipping, we reserve the right to decline, reject or similarly cancel any order or part order without notice and refund any payment in full.
All goods remain the property of Hair Additions until paid for in full.
Any items that are classed as “lost in transit” will be refunded or replaced once the claim has been processed and settled with the relevant postal service used for the delivery.
Any claim for loss or shortages will require you to reply to any email or mail send to you by the postal service. Failure to comply with the postal service will result in delays or refusal of the claim.
Any claims for lost in transit must be received by Hair Additions must be reported to us within 15 days of order being placed within the UK and 30 days worldwide.
Claims for shortages must be reported within 24 hours of you receiving the order.
