Order Returns

All un-opened goods purchased from Hair Additions may be returned for refund, exchange or replacement within 7 working days from receipt of delivery.

A full refund for the cost of the item will be refunded to the payment method used upon receipt of the return goods at Hair Additions

If we do not receive the return we cannot offer a refund. We recommend you use a recorded and fully insured method on all returns.

Postal costs ore non refundable on delivery or returns.

Returns may be subject to a 15% charge on the cost of the item if the item is sent back to us and is not in a re-saleable condition.
