Delivery Information

All items are sent with either Royal Mail, Parcel Force or Fedex Courier service. We aim to post your item within 24-48 hours of your order being received. We use either 1st class post or next day delivery depending on the item purchased. Delivery times are 1-3 working days from when your item is posted. If there is any undue delay in your item being posted we will email you with an estimated delivery time.

Next Day Delivery

We offer next day delivery on most of our items. Only orders received before 2pm can pe accepted for next day delivery. Orders received after this time will be processed the next working day. Items posted on a Friday for next day delivery will be delivered the following Monday. (exl bank holidays)

Delivery Information on GHD Stylers

All ghd stylers are sent with Parcel Force or Fedex with guaranteed next day delivery. If you have any queries on delivery of your item please either email or call Hair Additions.

Order Cancellation: Pre-Shipment

If you wish to cancel an order or part order transaction before it is shipped, please do so immediately via telephone, or send an email to returns@hairadditions.co.uk Cancellations made via email will be timed at time of reading, not sending or receipt of the email. You will not be charged any penalty whatsoever and your payment method will also be cancelled. If the order has been processed or shipped, then the Post-Shipment cancellation will apply.

Order Cancellation: Post-Shipment

You may cancel your order up to 7 working days from receipt of your purchase. You will be invited to return the goods in an unopened and unused state for refund. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.
